Monthly Rooms

Monthly rooms are leased on a month-to-month basis, but can be pre-paid for up to six months at a time. One half of the month's rent security deposit is required at time of occupancy. The security deposit is fully refundable with 30 days written notice.

Pro Rehearsal's monthly rooms range in price from $125 - $1000, depending on the size of the room and included amenities.

Late fees will apply if rent is not paid on time, and Pro Rehearsal reserves the right to prevent entry until debts are settled. Pro Rehearsal's tenant rent can be paid online, in person, or by secure deposit in the Pro Rehearsal office.

Hourly Rooms

Hourly rooms come with a PA, mics, stands, mirrors, and drum riser. Payment is required in advance for hourly rooms. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for refund.

6 Hours - $65
Lock-Out (24 Hours) - $175

Hourly rooms are first come, first serve, but can be reserved by contacting Pro Rehearsal and making an advance payment. Do NOT pay online first, availability cannot be guaranteed until speaking with a Pro Rehearsal representative.
